Use of Client Logos and Names in Marketing Communications
By entering into a business relationship with Smart Connections, the client grants Smart Connections the right to use the client’s company name and logo in external marketing communications, including but not limited to, social media, the Smart Connections website, promotional materials, and case studies. This right remains valid for the duration of the client’s engagement with Smart Connections.
Should the client wish to withdraw consent for the use of their name and logo in marketing communications, they may submit a written request to hello@smartconnections.be. Smart Connections will process such requests within 30 days.

In this copy, black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) to prevent these details from being intercepted by third parties. We will respond to your request within four weeks.
